Discovering happiness by understanding others
I realize that empathy has always played a significant role in shaping who I am today. I was often told to “put myself in someone else’s shoes,” but it wasn’t until I started experiencing life’s ups and downs that I truly understood the power of empathy.
There was a time when I struggled with emotional challenges. I was focused on my own feelings and didn’t think much about how others around me were feeling. That changed when I began to shift my mindset from self-centered emotions to empathy, not only for myself but also for those around me.
